This is the basic class which many people attend several times.  This Fall launch class will include a review of why it is so important to grind your own wheat.  Even with the rise in wheat prices, it is still so much cheaper to make your own bread---as well as considerably more nutritious.  Of course, it's delicious and fast and easy.  We will feature SPELT---which is  a highly nutritious, non-hybridized grain.
We will make our delicious fococcia bread, cinnamon rolls and everyday bread.  We'll also be making a Chicken Dish in the Pressure Cooker in 10 minutes from frozen chicken breasts.  Come and bring a friend.
