I offer a variety of classes designed to teach simple, quick techniques for providing nutritious family meals. Featured are meals and dishes using the Bosch Kitchen Machines and Kuhn Rikon Pressure Cookers.

Learn the basics of nutritional bread baking.   We will use our wonderful freshly-ground whole wheat flour to make tasty every-day bread that makes beautiful sandwiches.  We will also make the popular style fococcia bread which is fun having for football game snacks.  Then, everyone loves the cinnamon rolls for weekend breakfast treats.
